A Sand Castle Birthday Celebration for a Friend

This weekend, Jessica and Jamison had a sleepover near the beach for their friend's birthday party.  After a fun sleepover night, the girls were ready for a sand castle building adventure!

At first, Jamison enjoyed playing in the water and looking for sea shells.

Jessica was really interested in building a real sand castle.

The girls had lots of fun carving their creations.

Building the moat was also a really fun job.

Ice Skating Fun

Back in December, Jessica and a friend had fun ice skating.

Jamison also had fun ice skating.

A Girl Scout Trip to the Nutcracker

In December, Jessica's Girl Scout troop went to see the Nutcracker.  Before the show, the girls got a behind the scenes tour.  Here are some photos from the photo booth station.

Jamison at School in December

Jamison loves Kindergarten.  Morning meeting is always fun and she enjoys playing different games.  Here she is trying to match a person to a shoe so she can say "Good Morning" to them.

This month she learned about Hanukkah from a friend's Family Share. She enjoyed the games and treats!

They are also learning about feelings right now in Kindergarten.  Is she sad or mad?

She's also working on writing and reading.

The holiday party before Winter Break was also really fun.

Isabella's 7th Birthday Party

Jessica celebrated her friend's 7th birthday party at a painting store.  She had a blast.

Ellie's 4th Birthday Party

In September, Jamison went to her friend's birthday party.  She was super excited because it was Frozen themed and she got to wear her Elsa costume.

Jamison enjoyed the Frozen show with Anna and Elsa.

She also loved getting a balloon wand.

The cupcakes were good too!

Jessica's 7th Birthday Party at Aqua Adventure

Jessica had her 7th birthday party at Aqua Adventure.  When everyone is running around and playing in the water, there isn't a lot of opportunity for photos.  We did grab a few photos during lunchtime.

Jamison had fun at the party too with her Nana and friends.

Jessica does a coding camp

This summer, Jessica tried a Scratch programming class with a friend. She had a great time.

4th of July

The girls were excited to celebrate the 4th of July.

We celebrated with friends at our house with 4th of July poppers.

We then headed over to the Baylands for fireworks.

Jessica's first camp sleepover

While we were camping at Foothills Park with Jamison and friends, Jessica had her first sleepover at camp.  This picture was taken at pick-up the morning after the sleepover.  She looks thrilled right?  I am pretty sure she would have liked her camp adventure to keep going.

In June, we did an overnight camping trip at Foothills Park with Jamison (as Jessica was on a camp overnight) and some friends.  Everyone enjoyed having smores by the fire.

The next morning, Jessica joined in on the fun and we went for a quick hike.  The girls enjoyed throwing rocks off the bridge and climbing on the rocks.

At the start of summer, Jessica enjoyed a visit to the Coyote Point Museum with a friend.

As the first few weeks of summer continued, the girls continued to have fun playdates at the park.  Jamison enjoyed playing with her buddies from school.

And, Jessica and Jamison had fun just playing together. Jamison usually wanted to do what Jessica was doing, which always seemed to be climbing the big rock.

Summer means swimming and the girls loved having the pool up to play in (just themselves or with friends).

The floatie seats from Costco were a big hit too!
