beach days in Captiva, Florida

The rest of our vacation in Florida was spent on the beach in Captiva.  The problem about a beach vacation is that everyone is sandy and wet most of the time, which does not equate to lots of photos.

The girls had fun playing in the sand and building sand castles.

Jamison had fun floating in the ocean as long as the salty water did not get in her eyes.

This may have been the only time that either of the kids sat in a beach chair.  A beach vacation is not idle with 2 young kids around!

Jamison seemed to enjoy the pool more than the beach this time around. This is her giving up on the sand and salt water and heading back to the pool. No water she would say and start walking back.

And, it wouldn't be a beach vacation without the sunset on the beach picture.
