Girl Scout Bowling Party

At the end of the school year, our Girl Scout troop had a bowling party at a local bowling alley.    Here is a picture of Jessica bowling.

The girls had a great time bowling that afternoon.

Jim and Jamison bowled in a different part of the alley.  Jamison enjoyed her first bowling experience.

Here is Jamison posing in one of her favorite carts at the grocery store.  She hunted for this beauty for 10 minutes.  As we drive past the grocery store, she asks to stop specifically to play in the cart.

And, here is Jessica modeling some heeled shoes at dinner one evening.  They look lovely with her athletic clothes.

Jamison's last day of school

On Jamison's last day of school, she wanted to show me the treasure chest and dog that she played with at school (two of her favorite things).

1st Grade Camping Trip

Jessica's class went on a camping trip in May.  The kids enjoyed some small hikes.

Nighttime is always fun because of smores and flashlights.

Over Memorial Day weekend, we had a playdate at the Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park.

The kids loved climbing on the Moon Bridge.

After a picnic lunch, we headed over to the playground.  Jamison loved the concrete slides.

On the way home, we stopped to hike at Sutro Baths.

Over Memorial Day weekend, we celebrated a friend's 40th birthday with a lunch celebration.

Back in May, Jessica got a butterfly painted on her face at Agnes' birthday party.

Back in May, when Jessica had a sleepover, we treated Jamison to dinner out with Mom and Dad.  We told her she could have ice cream and she got a big bowl with 3 scoops.  She was so thrilled.

Jamison has quite the schedule

These days, it seems that Jamison has quite the schedule -- activities, lunch dates, playdates, etc.  Here she is having an outdoor playdate and lunch with one of her friends.

Mother's Day Celebration

On Mother's Day, we had a small bbq with family.  All of the kids swam.  We also celebrated their birthdays too.

Later in the day, the girls and I enjoyed a walk and scooter ride with the dogs.

Grandparent's Day at School

Here is Jessica's grade singing during the Grandparent's Day celebration at her school.

Jessica's Nana was able to come and got to spend some time in her classroom.

At the beginning of May, Jamison went to Jonathan's birthday party at a new playhouse.  She had a great time.

Back in May, the girls enjoyed having dinner with their friend Alexia followed by some time at the playground.

Jessica's ice show

This year, Jessica was able to participate in the ice show at our local skating rink. She was in a performance called "Double Dutch Bus".

The night of the show, we were all in the bleachers cheering Jessica on.  Jamison was excited to get popcorn.

It was pretty chilly as we waited since it is an outdoor rink.

Easter Celebration

The girls prepared for Easter Day by dyeing easter eggs.

On Easter, the girls got dressed up in dresses made by their Mimi.

Then it was time for the Easter egg hunt.

After Easter brunch, everyone enjoyed yummy treats that the girls helped make (rice krispie treats and chocolate dipped strawberries).
