Arden's 7th birthday party

Jessica had a great time celebrating with Arden at his 7th birthday party earlier this year at Pump It Up.

Girl Scout cookies

Jessica is a Daisy Girl Scout this year.  This was our troop's first cookie pick-up.  We did  two more SUVs full, plus some smaller runs before the season was done!

This winter Jamison tried ice skating. Here she is skating with Jim.

another Disney vacation

Back in February, we went to Disneyland as a belated birthday trip for Jim.  The girls were very excited to go despite having a 6am flight.

As expected, the girls were interested in seeing lots of characters.

We also had a ton of fun riding as many rides as we could.  Jessica somehow convinced me to go on the rafting ride with her.  I got wet and she was as dry as could be.

I took both of the girls on the boat ride.

Jim, Jessica, and I all took turns racing the cars in Cars Land.

We did the same thing on California Screamin', which may now be Jessica's favorite rollercoaster.

Jessica is sitting next to me. She is just too small to see!

Jim was the one who always took the girls on the tea cups thankfully.

And, while Jamison liked the Ariel ride, her favorite ride this trip was the rockets.

It wasn't all characters and rides though. We also did a bit of goofing off.

And, the girls had a blast swimming at the pool this trip as the weather was really warm.

Jamison even managed to sucker her daddy into a special toy while Mommy was away for a few minutes.

It was a tiring vacation.
